I have been classified as borderline diabetic for two years. My surgery has prescribed metformin and that I should take it twice a day. However, just before last Christmas I started experiencing lightheadedness after my morning breakfast and morning metformin pill on four occasions. My diagnosis was dehydration or low sugar or both. After purchasing the smartwatch, I would take my morning breakfast and metformin, then wait about 30 minutes, then check my blood levels using the smartwatch. What I discovered was (even though there is a difference between blood tests and smartwatch results of about 2mmol/l, I noticed my blood readings were dropping below 4 mmol/l after my morning metformin tablet. In my opinion, I suggested to the surgery that I needed a slow release metformin tablet, as my consumption of surgery food and drinks has been significantly reduced over the past two years. The smartwatch gives me a chance to monitor my bloods more often everyday, and assisted in obtaining slow release metformin.

I received this watch on 1 August & charged it fully before wearing it...it's now 20 August & that first charge is still going 😲Granted that I choose not to use the phone function or some of the more complex functions, mainly using it to track steps, sleep and to tell the time but the battery life is absolutely brilliant. The app dafit works well enough and even has workouts you can try.It was bought as a replacement for my Fitbit and it does look & feel cheaper but I really couldn't justify spending hundreds when this does practically the same for £80 Fab smart watch
Purchased as a gift for my mother in law. Lovely looking ladies watch comfortable to wear. Good size so easy to see/read. Connects easily to phone via Bluetooth. Good battery life adequate for daily use. Tracks steps and pulse accurately.
Tracks pulse during workout adequately. Which is main reason why I wanted it. All other features are adequate. Can't complain for the price. Only complaint so far is sleep feature, but apparently it should get better after a few nights of learning my sleep with its algorithm so it can calibrate itself. In happy. Can't complain for the price
